Time,
Territory and Priority Management License &
Train the Trainer Seminar
Course Outline:
You have heard that “failing
to plan is planning to fail.” Well then,
did it ever occur to you that failing to manage
your time is managing to run out of time? Time
is one of the most precious commodities we have,
especially if you are in a fast-paced, deadline
driven career like sales or product development.
The better you manage your time, the more time
you will have to spend with the customers, accounts
and projects that really matter. This leaves us
with two important questions: 1) How can we use
time more wisely? and 2) Which of my accounts
or stakeholders deserves the most attention?
Our Time, Territory and Priority
Management course is a fast-paced, highly informative
and comprehensive crash course in getting your
priorities in order and saving time for the things
that really matter. In this class, your staff
will learn how to prioritize tasks, cut out the
“vampire activities” that sap their
time and energy, and manage both their personal
and professional time to maximum benefit. They
will learn highly effective strategies for goal-setting,
increasing attention to goal-related activities,
project management, delegation, and using this
new knowledge to improve results in their most
important accounts. Territory management, including
identifying priority accounts to help decide who
to visit and how often to visit them, will result
in higher productivity in less time. As a part
of the course material, your staff will be provided
with to-do lists, priority worksheets, and an
analysis of their territory and accounts to help
them get started on their new time management
plan.
