The goal of successful management, then, is to provide a high level of accountability and support without being manipulative or oppressive.

Our Management Coaching Skills course is designed to help first-level managers and supervisors improve their skills in the areas of communication, motivation, delegation and evaluation. The format of the class is extremely interactive, using role-plays, small-group games and activities, and videotaped coaching sessions to provide plenty of hands-on practice. As a result, participants will actually be able to demonstrate proficiency with their new coaching skills before they return to their assigned duties.
